PSYCH-K Balances

PSYCH-K Balances

It occurred to me that you may be interested in hearing more about the PSYCH-K balances that I learned in the Basic and Advanced PSYCH-K courses.

As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, in the Basic course, I learned two PSYCH-K Balances: One was the New Direction Balance and the other was the Resolution Balance.

Up until now, I’ve used the New Direction PSYCH-K Balance almost exclusively as it “appeals” to me more than the Resolution PSYCH-K Balance. Both processes work on balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

It’s a very simple procedure whereby I establish communication with my Super-Conscious and Subconscious minds through muscle testing, repeat a belief statement out loud (such as It’s easy and fun for me to change) and determine if there’s a strong or a weak response from my subconscious mind,¬† then I do the PSYCH-K balance process if it’s weak.

After confirming completion of the process, I post-test the belief statement (which is now firmly implanted in my subconscious) and celebrate the potential for yet another amazing change in my life through a PSYCH-K balance! How amazing is that?

The Resolution PSYCH-K Balance process entails determining which hemisphere of the brain is blocked before balancing them.

Some of the techniques I learned at the Advanced PSYCH-K course are:

  • Core Belief Balance: 13 Core Beliefs that support the manifestation of our full potential.
  • Life Bonding Balance: Utilizes the breath to reprogram two powerful aspects of human existence – the trauma of birth and the fear of death.
  • Relationship Balance: Helps to heal personal issues with others.
  • Belief Points: 12 energy points on the body derived from ancient Chinese medicine affecting the physical, mental and emotional bodies.
  • Energy Focusing: Used to focus energy on belief points to correct energy imbalances in yourself and others.
  • Surrogate Balancing: Uses a surrogate (substitute person) for balancing someone else (or pets) – with or without their conscious consent.
  • Rapport: Create a deep¬† sense of trust and safety with others by using PSYCH-K balances to enable more efficient communication.

In addition to the above PSYCH-K balances, I also participated in a Healing Energy Circle and felt the powerful effects of concentrated, unconditional love. What an amazing experience it was!

If you’re interested in learning more about PSYCH-K balances, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll be happy to explain more or to arrange one of the PSYCH-K balances for you.

    Hi there!

I am inquiring about the different balances. I have not atteded a workshop nor do I plan on doing so (poor college student haha). Could you maybe explain a balance to me? It seems to me that they would all be the same considering it’s all about whole mind integration which is done quite easily by crossing ones arms and legs. Please let me know if my thinking is flawed!

PSYCH-K Balances transform any subconscious resistance there may be to achieving a goal. The type of balance required is selected by the subconscious mind as the method most effective for a particular situation, stress, belief change, etc.

Crossing ones arms and legs is part of the New Direction Balance and utilizes the Whole Brain Posture (also known as Hook Ups) which was created by Paul E. Dennison. The other balances have more specific purposes such as those mentioned in my post.

More information is available on Rob Williams’ website http://www.psych-k.com where you can view videos of him demonstrating the New Direction Balance. There are also numerous videos on YouTube explaining more about the process.

    Hope this helps!

    Blessings, Anyaa

Would you tell me more specifically where the New Direction Balance demo is on the Psyck-K website? I’ve watched a lot of Rob Williams videos and don’t remember seeing that in any of them. At least not the process I am thinking of. I’ve actually just started working with a trained Psych-K facilitator and have experienced the New Direction Balance firsthand, but have this sense that it didn’t really work. I would love to see a demo to try to figure out if i missed a step or component or maybe if what I was doing is actually a different balance altogether.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When should one use a resolution balance instead of a new direction balance. Simple put, when should one use whole brain posture vs the hands meeting technique?

So sorry for the long delay. Life just got in the way of working on my website :(. Guess that would make a good subject for a blog!
I suggest that you contact the Psych-K website for assistance at https://www.psych-k.com/contacts-2/. They will be able to explain.
    Thanks for contacting!
